Claims (38)
1. Flerskiktat filtermaterial som bestär av ett groY- (3) ooh ett finfilterskikt (1), i vilket filterakiktena inne-häller ocksä naturfibrer och de enstaka skiktena av fiber-suspensioner med olika sammansättningar är förbundna till-sammans pä pappersmaskin utan bindemedel, kännetecknat därav, att a) grovfilterskiktet (3) bestär av en blandning av naturliga och syntetiska fibrer sk, att b) minst en del av de syntetiska fibrerna är strukturerade och c) de syntetsika fibrerna (4), som befinner sig pä grov-filterskikters yta, sjuter fram frän ytan.
2. Flerskiktat filtermaterial enligt krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att grovf ilterskiktet (3) innehäller strukturerade syntetiska fibrer, vars titer är 1,2-15 dtex och längd 0,5-40 mm.
3. Flerskiktat filtermaterial enligt krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att grovfilterskiktet (3) innehäller naturliga fibrer, vars diameter är 20-50 och längd 2,5-6 mm.
4. Flerskiktat filtermaterial enligt krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att finfilterskiktet (1) innehäller naturliga fibrer, vars diameter är 7-20 ^im och längd 0,5-3»5 mm.
5. Flerskiktat filtermaterial enligt kraven 1 och 2, kännetecknat därav, att grovfilterskiktet (3) bestär av flere skikt med olik porositet. il· 23 71 0 71
6. Flerskiktat filtermaterial enligt kraven 1 och 4, kännetecknat därav, att finfilterskiktet (1) inneh&ller 0,1-50 % syntetiska fibrer.
7. Flerskiktat filtermaterial enligt krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att viktförhällandet av grovfilterskiktet (3) till finfilterskiktet (1) ligger i regionen frän 1:4 till 4:1.
8. Flerskiktat filtermaterial enligt krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att mellan grovfilterskiktet (3) och finfilterskiktet (1) befinner sig en blandningszon (2), som bestär av fiber frän grovfilter-och finfilterskiktet.
9· Flerskiktat filtermaterial enligt kraven 1 och 2, kännetecknat därav, att grovfilterskiktets (3) strukturerade syntetiska fibrer har X-, Y- eller V-form eller gymnastiksviktens form.
10. Flerskiktat filtermaterial enligt kraven 1, 2 och 9, kännetecknat därav, att grovfilterskiktets (3) strukturerade syntetiska fibrer är m&n&komponentfibrer, i synnerhet kärn-mantelfibrer och tväkardelfibrer.
11. Filtermaterial enligt krav 9, kännetecknat därav, att grovfilterskiktets (3) syntetiska fibrer inne-h&ller en polyacrylnitrilfiber.
12. Filtermaterial enligt krav 11, kännetecknat därav, att polyacrylnitrilfiberns titer är 1,2-14 dtex och längd 3-40 mm.

14. Filtermaterial enligt krav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att grovfilterskiktets (3) syntetiska fibrer bestär av en polyanid av dikarboxylsyra och hexametylendiamin, av kaprolaktam baserade polyamid-fibrer, av cellulosaregeneratfibrer elder av glasfibrer.
15· Filtermaterial enligt krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att de p& grovfilterskiktets (3) yta liggande syntetiska fibrer (4) skuter fram fr&n ytan i statistisk fordelning.
16. Filtermaterial enligt krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att de pä grovfilterskiktets (3) yta liggande syntetiska fibrer (4) skjuter huvudsakligen i en spetsig vinkel fram frän filtermaterialets yta.
