Claims (9)

1. Hydrometallurgiskt förfarande för behandling av klorid-och fluoridhaltiga, värdemetall innehällande rämaterial för elektrolytisk utvinning av klorid- och fluoridfri värdemetall, kännetecnat av att det klorid- och f luoridhaltiga, värdemetall innehällande rämaterialet upp-löses i en svavelsyralösning, som företrädesvis till sin huvuddel utgörs av retursyra frän elektrolysen, och värde-metallsulfat utkristalliseras selektivt ur lösningen; de bildade sulfatkristallerna tvättas med retursyran frän elektrolysen, varefter de klorid/fluoridfria värdemetall-sulfatkristallerna upplöses i vatten, den bildade lösningen renas och därmed utförs elektrolytisk utvinning av värdemetall; ur värdemetallkristalliseringens moderlut avlägsnas klorider/fluorider i en sidoström.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t av att värdemetallen är zink.
3. Förvarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t av att värdemetallen är Ni, Ca, Cu, Mn, Mg eller Fe.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t av att det värdemetall innehällande rämaterialet är karbonatiskt och/eller oxidiskt.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t av att det värdemetall innehällande rämaterialet är silikatiskt. 1 Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t av att det värdemetall innehällande rämaterialet är sulfidiskt, varvid tili upplösningen av rämaterial tillförs syre eller ett syre avgivande material.
