Claims (14)
1. Smältspunnen akrylnitrilpolymerfiber, känneteck-n a d därav, att den har en färgningsintensitet av minst ca 60 och en nyansförändring mindre än ca 15, dä den underkastas het/vät-behandling.
2. Fiber enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att färgningsintensiteten är minst ca 70 och nyansförändring-en är under ca 10.
3. Fiber enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att akrylnitrilpolymeren innehäller 89,3 vikt-% akrylnitril-enheter och 10,7 vikt-% metylmetakrylatenheter samt sulfonsyra-ändgrupper, som ger en svavelhalt av 0,167 vikt-%.
4. Fiber enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att akrylnitrilpolymeren innehäller 87,5 vikt-% akryl-nitril, 11,5 vikt-% metylmetakrylat och 1,0 vikt-% akrylamido-metylpropan-sulfonsyra.
5. Fiber enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att akrylnitrilpolymeren innehäller 87,6 delar akrylnitril, 11,9 delar metylmetakrylat, 0,5 delar akrylamidometylpropan-sulfon-syra och 3,5 delar polyvinylalkohol.
6. Fiber enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att akrylnitrilpolymeren innehäller 89 delar akrylnitril, 11,0 delar metylmetakrylat och 6,5 delar polyvinylalkohol.
7. Förfarande för framställning av en akrylnitrilpolymerfiber enligt patentkravet 1, i vilket förfarande en homogen fusionssrcälta i en fas av vatten och akrylnitrilpolymer strängsprutas genom en spinndys direkt in i en med änga trycksatt stelningszon, som hälls under tryck av mättad änga, varvid temperaturen i stelningszonen är 10-45°C lägre än polymer-vatten-blandningens smältpunkt, och den strängsprutade produkten underkastas orienterad sträckning, kännetecknat därav, att akrylnitrilpolymeren, som används, innehäller minst 50 vikt-% akrylnitril och 1-10 vikt-% av en hydrofil monomer, varvid den eventuella resterande delen bestär av en eller flera med akrylnitril polymeriserbara monomerer, och att man använder en polymer-vatten-blandning innehällande 10-20 vikt-% vatten och 80-90 vikt-% polymer, och att man torkar den sträekta, strängsprutade produkten vid en torrtermometer-
