Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för framställning av äldringsbeständiga mine-raloljefraktioner, vilka uppfyller kännetecknen för normen DIN 51507, och vilka lämpar sig sisom transformator-, omvandlar-, brytar- och elektroisolerolja, och vilka best&r av ett raffinat av ätminstone en rämineralolja, vilket raffinat har erhällits genom avlägsnande av paraffin, raffinering med lösningsmedel och behandling med syra och adsorptionsmedel, och av en liten mängd extrakt erhället ur ett mineraloljedestillat vid raffinering, kännetecknat därav, att ur en pä paraffin baserad rämineralolja separeras en destillationsfraktion med koknings-omrädet 270 - 400°C, viskositeten 6-25 cSt vid 20°C temperatur, och en flampunkt (enligt Marcusson) pä minst 130°C, paraffinet avlägsnas och oijän renas genom lösningsmedelsraffinering med användning av ett för aromatiska kolväten selektivt lösningsmedel, varvid erhälles Ätminstone ca 70 vikt-% soivat, vilket renas vi-dare genom behandling med syror eller adsorptionsmedel eller genom en mild hydrering, och att ur det vid lösningsmedelsraffine-ringen bildade extraktet tillvaratages, genom indunstning vid för-minskat tryck och genom rening av resten med syror eller adsorptionsmedel eller genom en mild hydrering, ett extraktkoncentrat, vilket ater inblandas i det erhällna raffinatet i en mängd av 0,001 - 5 vikt-%, varvid avlägsningen av paraffin ur destillations-fraktionen möjligen utförs efter lösningsmedelsraffineringen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att extraktet indunstas i vakuum tili en rest upp-gäende tili 10 - 30, särskilt 10-20 volymprocent, resten renas och inblandas äter i raffinat i en mängd av 0,25 - 3, särskilt 0,5 - 1 vikt-%.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att extraktresten upplöses i ett inert lösningsmedel, särskilt i petroleumeter, lösningen extraheras med en vattenhaltig mineralsyralösning, det sura extraktet neut-raliseras, upplöses i ett inert lösningsmedel med läg koknings-punkt, särskilt i petroleumeter, lösningsmedlet avdunstas och det aterstäende extraktkoncentratet tillvaratages, vilket kon-centrat innehäller 3-8 vikt-% kväve (bestämt enligt Dumas),
