Abstract

本发明提供一种选择性强,脱氮率高的保硫脱氮剂,其是由6-85%(wt)的酸性剂(A),0.1-85%(wt)的络合剂(B)和0.1-85%(wt)的溶剂(C)所组成的用于润滑油基础油脱氮工艺过程中可脱除90-100%的碱性氮化物,保留了对油品氧化安定性有利的硫化物,使油品的氧化安定性得到显著的提高。

Description

润滑油基础油添加剂
本发明属于石油炼制领域,涉及润滑油基础油保硫脱氮添加剂,国际专利分类属属于C10M。
众所周知原油中氮含量一般在0.04-0.4%,远小于硫的含量,世界上90%的原油含氮量都小于0.2%,其平均值为0.094%,而我国大部分原油含氮量在0.3%左右,属于高含氮的原油,目前发现的我国原油最高含氮量为1.32%,石油中氮分布是随着馏份油沸点的升高,氮含量急剧增加的,其中约80%的氮集中在400℃以上的馏份油中,即集中于润滑油基础油中,国内外许多文献阐明润滑油基础油的氧化安定性与其化学组成密切相关,而其中的硫化物对润滑油基础油氧化有一定抑制作用,即硫化物的存在能提高润滑油基础油的氧化安定性,而氮化物,尤其是碱性氮化物对润滑油基础油的氧化安定性极为有害,即能加速油品氧化,目前采用加氢处理,但脱硫率高,脱氮率低,并且成本高;还有采用过渡金属的卤化物络合脱除润滑油基础油中的氮化物,如US4329222,该专利剂油比较大,实施较为困难,还有采用白土处理,且只能脱除50%左右的碱性氮化物,并存在润滑油基础油回收率较低的问题,由于我国润滑油与国外相比具有低硫高氮的特点,所以氧化安定性普遍较差。
本发明目的在于针对我国原油含高氮低硫,其润滑油基础油氧化安定性差的特点,本发明提供一种选择性好,脱氮率高脱硫率低的保硫脱氮剂,达到提高润滑油基础油的氧化安定性的目的。
本发明中的润滑油基础油包括馏程大于360℃的蜡油、渣油、重芳烃油,本发明的特征在于提供一种选择性强的脱氮率高的脱氮保硫剂,其由A是酸性剂;B是络合剂和C是溶剂三部分组成:A酸性剂包括亚磷酸、次磷酸、偏磷酸、正磷酸、焦磷酸、聚磷酸、三氧化二磷、六氧化四磷、五氧化二磷、十氧化四磷、有机酸酐包括乙酸酐、马来酸酐、均苯四甲酸二酐;B络合剂包括五硫化二磷、三氧化二磷、六氧化四磷、五氧化二磷、十氧化四磷、P4S3、P4S5、P4S7、P4S10;C溶剂包括水、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、丙酮、丁酮、糠醛、苯酚、甲酚、二甲酚组成,其成份所占的比例为:A为6-85%(wt),B为0.1-85%(wt),C为0.1-85%(wt)。
采用本发明提供的保硫脱氮剂脱氮率高,可脱除润滑油基础油中所含碱性氮化物90-100%,选择性强在脱氮过程中能保存油中所含的硫化物,从而能显著地提高润滑油基础油的氧化安定性而对油品的粘度、腐蚀、闪点、倾点、苯胺点、残炭等理化指标均无影响。在石蜡基500SN润滑油基础油吨级规模脱氮过程中,加入本发明提供的保硫脱氮剂,油品碱氮由324.9ppm下降至13.7ppm,而硫由878ppm仅下降至860ppm,油品的旋转氧弹由74min提高至213min。中间基减三线脱蜡油使用本发明提供的保硫脱氮剂后碱氮由266ppm下降至18.36ppm,硫仅由886.6ppm下降为856.6ppm,旋转氧弹由145min提高至314min。本发明提供的保硫脱氮剂针对性强,提高油品质量效果明显,投资少便于实施。
实施例1保硫脱氮剂由A酸性剂包括偏磷酸30%(wt),均苯四甲酸二酐5%(wt);B络合剂包括三氧化二磷18%(wt),P4S102%(wt);C溶剂包括乙醇20%(wt)和水25%(wt)组成用于石蜡基750SN润滑油基础油脱氮工艺过程中,油品含碱氮由279.4ppm下降至17.9ppm。
实施例2保硫脱氮剂由A酸性剂包括乙酸酐85%(wt),正磷酸10%(wt);B络合剂五氧化二磷2%(wt);C溶剂包括乙醇1.5%(wt)和水1.5%(wt)组成用于石蜡基100SN润滑油基础油脱氮工艺过程中碱氮由53.55ppm脱至0ppm。
实施例3保硫脱氮剂由A酸性剂偏磷酸5%(wt),B络合剂五硫化二磷10%(wt),C溶剂包括乙醇80%(wt)和水5%(wt)组成,用于中间基减三线脱蜡油进行脱氮工艺处理,油所含的碱氮由260ppm下降至4.2ppm。
实施例4保硫脱氮剂由A酸性剂焦磷酸80%(wt),B络合剂六氧化四磷0.3%(wt)和C溶剂包括乙醇15.7%(wt)和水4%(wt)组成用于中间基减二线脱蜡油,进行脱氮工艺处理,其碱氮含量由245.07ppm下降至12.52ppm。
实施例5保硫脱氮剂由A酸性剂包括正磷酸5%(wt)和乙酸酐70%(wt),B络合剂五硫化二磷0.5%(wt)和C溶剂包括乙醇9.5%(wt)和水15%(wt)组成用于石蜡基250SN润滑油基础油的脱氮工艺中,使油中碱氮含量由109.8ppm下降至1.99ppm。

Claims (1)

1.一种润滑油基础油保硫脱氮添加剂,其特征在于由A酸性剂,B络合剂和C溶剂所组成,A是酸性剂选自偏磷酸、正磷酸、焦磷酸、乙酸酐、均苯四甲酸二酐或任意两种组分的混合物;B是络合剂选自五硫化二磷、三氧化二磷、六氧化四磷、五氧化二磷或任意两种组分的混合物;C是溶剂选自水、乙醇或任意两种组分的混合物;三种组份所占的比例是:A为6-85%(wt),B为0.1-85%(wt)和C为0.1-85%(wt)。
