Keksinnön kohteena on laite termomuovia olevien esineiden hitsaamiseksi hitsauslisäaineella, jossa laitteessa on syöttölaite ja sulatuslaite hitsauslankaa varten, sulatuslaitteeseen pantavissa oleva hitsauskenkä, jossa on poistoaukko pehmennettyä hitsauslisä-ainetta varten, silotuskappale ja ohjausnokka sekä kuumennuslaitteet sulatuslaitetta varten ja hitsaussauman kuumentamiseksi ja sulatus-laitteeseen on sovitettu ohjauskanava hitsauslangan sisäänjohtami-seksi ja esikuumentamiseksi.
Hitsauslangan syöttölaitteella varustettu hitsauslaite on tunnettu sveitsiläisestä patenttijulkaisusta 343120. Tässä kuvattu laite sisältää eräässä sovellutusmuodossa hitsauslankaa varten sovitetun esikuumennuslaitteen, joka on kuumennettavan hoikin muodossa; hitsauslaitteen syöttö tapahtuu vapaasti hoikista ulos työntyvän hitsauslangan avulla.
Samanlainen hitsauslaite on tunnettu saksalaisesta malli-julkaisusta G 6945151. Hitsauslanka sulatetaan olennaisesti sylin- 2 62015 terimäisessä hyötytilassa. Erityisessä muunnosmuodossa on hyö-tytila laajennettu sisääntuloksi hitsauskenkään päin kartiomai- sesti.
Kummankin laitteen epäkohtana on, että lämmöntuonnin vaikutuksesta pinnaltaan hitsauslämpötilaan kuumennettu lanka termo-muovien heikon lämmönjohtavuuden vuoksi jää sisäosistaan kylmem-mäksi, eikä riittävästi pehmene. Myöskään jälkikuumentamalla hit-sauslisäainetta sveitsiläisen patenttijulkaisun tapaan tai laajentamalla kartiomaisesti hyötytilaa, kuten on tehty saksalaisen mal-lisuojajulkaisun mukaan, ei ole voitu saavuttaa moitteetonta hitsaamista varten tarvittavaa hitsauslisäaineen riittävää pehmentymistä .
Esillä olevan keksinnön tehtävänä on tämän mukaan luoda laite, jolla voidaan hitsata termomuovisia puolivalmisteita ja muita esineitä täydellisesti pehmentyneen, kaupasta saatavana olevasta langasta valmistetun hitsauslisäaineen välityksellä yhdellä kerralla.
Tämän tehtävän ratkaisemiseksi ehdotetaan edellä esitetyn mukaista hitsauslaitetta, joka on tunnettu siitä, että ohjauskanava muuttuu kapenevaksi, toisesta päästään suljetuksi sulatuskanavaksi ja sulatuskanavassa on sivulla olevia aukkoja, jotka avautuvat sitä ympäröivään matalampaan kanavaan, joka muuttuu hitsaus-kengän poistoaukkoon yhdistetyksi keruuvyöhykkeeksi.
Korkeudeltaan matalampi kanava voi olla poikkileikkaukseltaan muodostettu esimerkiksi pyörähdyssymmetriseksi, tasomaiseksi, ristikkäiseksi tai tähtimäiseksi.
Sulatuslaitteen kuumentamiseksi toimivat tarkoituksenmukaisella tavalla kuumennussauvat. Hitsaussauman esikuumentamiseksi voidaan käyttää kuumailmaa tai vastaavan säteilykarakteristikan omaavaa säteilylaitetta. Erityisen sopivaksi hitsaussauman esikuumentamiseksi on osoittautunut halogeenilamppu, jossa on vastaava heijastin.
Kuviot 1-3 esittävät keksinnön mukaista laitetta eräässä esimerkin tapaisesti esitetyssä sovellutusmuodossa.

Hitsauspäässä 1 on hitsauslangan 7 syöttölaite, joka muodostuu puristusrullista 6 ja kitkapyörästä 8. Kitkapyörä 8 on vaihteiston välityksellä tai suoraan kytketty käyttömoottoriin, joka on sijoitettu käsikahvaan 10. Viitenumero 9 tarkoittaa potentiometriä, jolla voidaan säätää moottorin nopeutta. Viitenumero 4 tarkoittaa sähköliitäntöjä. Syöttölaitteen läpimenosuun-nassa on sulatuslaite 5 sovitettu hitsauspäähän 1. Hitsauslanka 7 pääsee syöttölaitteen kautta ohjauskanavaan 19, jossa se esiläm-mitetään ja josta se johdetaan sulatuskanavaan 20. Sulatuskanava 20 kapenee ja on suljettu toisesta päästään. Siinä on sivussa olevia aukkoja 21, jotka avautuvat korkeudeltaan matalampaan kanavaan 16. Kanava 16 muuttuu lopuksi keruuvyöhykkeeksi 3, joka avautuu hitsauskengän 11 poistoaukkoon 2. Hitsauskenkä 11 vastaa olennaisesti saksalaisen patenttijulkaisun 1704043 kohdetta. Hitsauslait-teen automaattinen syöttö vaikuttaa hitsauslisäaineen paineen kautta hitsaussaumaan 12 menevään hitsauskengän nokkaan 13. Viitenumerolla 17 on merkitty sulatuslaitteen kuumennuslaitteen kammioita. Kammioihin 17 voidaan työntää sähkökuumennuspatruunoja. Hitsauspäässä 1 on lisäksi kuumennuslaite hitsaussaumaa 12 varten, joka laite muodostuu sähkölampusta, edullisesti halogeenilampusta 14 ja heijastimesta 15. Viitenumero 18 tarkoittaa käsikahvaa.
Kuvioissa 1 ja 2 on korkeudeltaan matalampi kanava muodostettu tasomaiseksi. Kuviossa 3 on tämä kanava 16 muodostettu pyö-rähdyssymmetriseksi. Lisäksi kuvio 3 esittää sulatuskanavan 20 sivulla olevia aukkoja 21.
