Abstract
Ultraäänianturijärjestely käsittää ultraäänivastaanottimen useita ultraäänilähetyselementtejä (102’) ja ultraäänivastaanottimen (104), jossa on ainakin yksi ultraäänivastaanottoelementti (106). Lähetin (102) ja vastaanotin (104) on yhteen sirulle (100), joka voidaan kiinnittää tai sisällyttää osaksi kiinteän aineen putkea (108), jonka sisällä fluidi virtaa lähetinelementeillä (102) virtaan lähetetyn ultraäänisignaalin vastaanottamiseksi vastaanottoelementeillä (104) heijasteena putkesta (108). Lähetinelementit (102) ovat useista vastaanottoelementeistä (106) ainakin kahden vastaanottoelementin välissä, missä virtauksen suora (L1) ja sanottujen kahden vastaanottoelementin (106) välinen suora (L2) ovat samansuuntaisia tai niiden välillä on ennalta määrätty kulma, ja/tai ultraäänivastaanottimen (104) ainakin yksi ultraäänivastaanottoelementti on ultraäänilähettimen (102) ultraäänivastaanottoelementtien kahden ryhmän (102A, 102B) välissä, missä virtauksen suora (L1) ja lähetinelementtien ainakin kahden sanotun ryhmän (102A, 102B) välinen suora (L2) on samansuuntainen tai niiden välillä on ennalta määrätty kulma.
