Abstract
Kuvataan tiantreeniryhmän sisältävien silaanimonomeerien synteesiä ja niiden polymerisointia. Polymeereillä on suuri taitekerroin, hyvä läpinäkyvyys ja erinomainen terminen stabiilisuus. Ne ovat käyttökelpoisia dielektrisinä kalvoina puolijohdeteollisuudessa ja optisissa sovelluksissa, mukaan lukien CMOS-kuvasensoreissa käytettävissä materiaaleissa, joilla on suuri RI.
