Abstract

본 발명은 환형올레핀 공중합체 수지로 성형된 필름에 방사선을 조사하여 얻어지는 낮은 열팽창계수를 갖는 플렉시블 기판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 플렉시블 기판은 극히 낮은 열팽창계수를 가질 뿐만 아니라 우수한 유연성, 투명성, 등방성 및 높은 유리전이온도를 가지기 때문에 플렉시블 디스플레이, 플렉시블 태양전지 등 여러 분야에 유용하게 사용된다.
