Abstract

Esillä oleva keksintö koskee painesuodatinta sellutehtaan lipeäsuspensioiden käsittelemiseksi, johon kuuluu säiliö (2), jossa on joukko vaakasuorasta levystä (3) riippuvia putkimaisia suodatuselementtejä (4), joiden läpi suodos virtaa ja jotka ovat sisäpuoleltaan yhteydessä yläpuolella sijaitsevaan suodoksen suodoskammioon (12). Suodos on järjestetty suodatusvaiheen aikana poistettavaksi suodoskammiosta lähtevän suodoksen poistojohdon (17) kautta. Suodatuselementit keräävät ulkopinnalleen sakkaa, joka on järjestetty jaksoittain irrotettavaksi saattamalla suodoskammiossa (12) oleva suodos kulkemaan vastavirtaan suodatuselementtien suodatuspinnan läpi. Suodatuselementit on järjestetty puhdistettaviksi tietyin väliajoin saattamalla puhdistusneste kulkemaan suodoskammiosta (12) suodatinelementteihin ja niiden suodatuspinnan läpi. Suodatinelementtien sisäosa on varustettu virtauksenjakajalla (22), joka on järjestetty suodatinelementin keskikohdan yläpuolelle suodoskammiosta johdetun virtauksen jakamiseksi suodatinelementin suodatuspinnalle. Keksintö koskee myös menetelmää painesuodattimen suodatinelementtien puhdistamiseksi.
