Abstract

Esillä oleva keksintö koskee menetelmää oksidipinnoitteen tuottamiseksi, jossa valmistetaan oksidi- tai oksidikomposiittikoostumus, kuumennetaan sitä ja lopuksi ruiskutetaan se alustalle termisellä ruiskutusmenetelmällä täysin amorfiseksi pinnoitteeksi. Keksintö koskee myös tällaista täysin amorfista pinnoitetta sekä kyseisellä pinnoitteella varustettua alustaa.
