Abstract
Menetelmä viskositeetin kontrolloimiseksi selluloosamassan peroksidivalkaisussa, joka menetelmä käsittää selluloosamassan käsittelemisen dinatrium-3,3’-((2-etyyliheksyyli)-atsaanidiyyli)dipropionaatilla kelatoivana aineena massassa olevien metallien kelatoimiseksi; selluloosamassan peroksidivalkaisun vähintään yhdessä vaiheessa pH:ssa noin 9,5 – noin 13.
Claims (7)
1. Menetelmä viskositeetin kontrolloimiseksi selluloosamassan pero- ksidivalkaisussa, joka menetelmä käsittää - selluloosamassan käsittelemisen dinatrium-3,3'-((2-etyyliheksyyli)- atsaanidiyyli)dipropionaatilla kelatoivana aineena massassa olevien metallien kelatoimiseksi, - selluloosamassan peroksidivalkaisun vähintään yhdessä vaiheessa pH:ssa noin 9,5 - noin 13.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin sellu- loosamassaan lisätyn kelatoivan aineen määrä vaihtelee alueella noin 0,006 paino-% - noin 1 paino-% laskettuna 100 %:sena puhtaana yhdisteenä kuivan sel- luloosamassan painosta laskettuna.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin kelatoivan ain- een määrä on 0,012 paino-% laskettuna 100 %:sena puhtaana yhdisteenä kuivan selluloosamassan painosta laskettuna.
4. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jol- loin käsittely kelatoivalla aineella ja peroksidivalkaisu tehdään samanaikaisesti.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin ke- latoivalla aineella käsiteltyä selluloosamassaa pestään alkalisella aineella kelatoi- tujen metallien poistamiseksi massasta, minkä jälkeen seuraa ensimmäinen pero- ksidivalkaisu pH:ssa noin 10,7 - noin 13.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä, joka käsittää lisää peroksidivalkaisuvaiheita.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 tai 6 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin en- o simmäisen peroksidivalkaisuvaiheen jälkeen toinen peroksidivalkaisuvaihe O tehdään pH:ssa, joka on noin 9,5 — noin 13 ja jona aikana lisätään kupariyhdistet- — ta.
