Claims (9)

1. Nauhanlaskupään käsittävä nauhanlaskujärjestelmä nauhan syöttämiseksi, asemoimiseksi, kyllästämiseksi ja laserleikkaamiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että asettaessaan nauhasegmenttiä muottiin nauhanlaskupää liikkuu joka asetuskerralla, leikkaa nauhan ja siirtyy nauhanleveyden verran eteenpäin.
2. Vaatimuksen 1 mukainen nauhanlaskujärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että nauhanlaskupää kyllästää nauhan hartsin ja kyllästeen seoksella ja jakaa sen levittimellä (6) puristaen sen varmistaen ilmakuplien poistumisen laminaatista.
3. Vaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen nauhanlaskujärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että jokaisen asetuskertaa vastaavan liikkeen jälkeen kuitunauha leikataan lasersäteellä (4), joka on asemoitu kiinteästi ja suunnattu kotisuoraan kuitusuuntaa vastaan.
4. Vaatimuksen 1,2 tai 3 mukainen nauhanlaskujärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että jokaisen asetuskertaa vastaavan liikkeen jälkeen kuitunauha leikataan kohdennetulla säteellä, joka liikkuu kotisuoraan kuitusuuntaa vastaan.
5. Jonkin edellisen vaatimuksen mukainen nauhanlaskujärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että jokaisen kerroksen kuituorientaatio valitaan pyörittämällä muottialustaa tai nauhanlaskupäätä.
6. Jonkin edellisen vaatimuksen mukainen nauhanlaskujärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että jokaisen kerroksen kuituorientaatio valitaan pyörittämällä itse päätä.
7. Jonkin edellisen vaatimuksen mukainen nauhanlaskujärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että päätä käytetään mielivaltaisten muotojen laskemiseen muottiin.
8. Jonkin edellisen vaatimuksen mukainen nauhanlaskujärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että järjestelmä muokkaa osaa jokaisen laskukerran jälkeen puolivalmiiksi osaksi vähentäen näin jälkikäsittelyn tarvetta.
9. Jonkin edellisen vaatimuksen mukainen nauhanlaskujärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että nauhanlaskupää käsittää levittimen (6), joka tiivistää kerroksen varmistaen näin mahdollisten ilmakuplien poistumisen laminaatista.
