Claims (6)
1. Menetelmä sellutehtaan talteenottokattilan tuhkan käsittelemiseksi yksivaiheisen tai monivaiheisen uuttoprosessin yhteydessä, jossa ainakin kalsiumoksidia ja/tai kalsiumhydroksidia käytetään lisäaineena yhdessä tai useammassa uuttovaiheessa.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa yhtä tai useampaa uuttoprosessista poistuvaa nestefraktiovirtausta käytetään sellutehtaan pääasiallisen kemikaalien talteenottokierron ulkopuolella.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa hyödynnetään neste-fraktiovirtauksen tai -virtausten sisältämää hydroksidi-ionia.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen menetelmä, jossa hydroksidi-ionia hyödynnetään sellutehtaan valkaisulinjassa.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa yksi tai useampi uuttoprosessista poistuva kiintoainefraktiovirtaus sekoitetaan sellutehtaan mustalipeään.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa yksi tai useampi uuttoprosessista poistuva kiintoainefraktiovirtaus johdetaan liuotusvaiheeseen, jossa pääosa niistä yhdisteistä, jotka liukenevat helposti veteen, kuten natrium- ja kaliumyhdisteet, liuotetaan veteen tai vesipitoiseen liuokseen, minkä jälkeen kiintoaines, joka pääasiallisesti koostuu kalsiumyhdisteistä, kuten kalsiumkarbonaatista ja kalsiumhydroksidista, erotetaan ja johdetaan sellutehtaan kalsiumkiertoon, ja jäljelle jäävä nestefraktio lisätään sellutehtaan mustalipeään.
