Abstract

Keksintö koskee menetelmää kloridin ja kaliumin poistamiseksi tuhkasta, joka on muodostunut sellutehtaan talteenottokattilassa. Haihdutettua mustalipeää poltetaan, jolloin tuhka lietetään vesipitoiseen liuokseen ainakin yhdessä uuttovaiheessa ja lietteen pH säädetään. Liete johdetaan ainakin yhdestä uuttovaiheesta erotusvaiheeseen, jossa natriumyhdisteitä sisältävä kiinteäfaasi erotetaan kloridia ja kaliumia sisältävästä liuosfaasista, ja kiinteä faasi johdetaan talteenottokiertoon. Lietteen pH säädetään lisäämällä mäntyöljypalstoituksen jätehappoa tai mäntyöljypalstoituksen jätehappoa yhdessä muun hapon kanssa.

Claims (3)

1. A method for removing chloride and potassium from ash formed in a recovery boiler at a pulp mill, in which evaporated black liquor is fired, wherein the ash is made to a slurry in an aqueous solution in at least one leaching stage and the pH of the slurry is adjusted, and the slurry is led from the at least one leaching stage to a separation stage, in which a solid phase containing sodium compounds is separated from a liquid phase containing chloride and potassium, and the solid phase is fed to the recovery cycle, characterized in that the aqueous solution contains tall oil brine wherein the pH of the slurry is adjusted by adding tall oil brine or tall oil brine in combination with acid. 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the pH of the tall oil brine is below 7. 3. A method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pH of the slurry is decreased to 7-11, preferably below 9. VAATIMUKSET:

Menetelmä kloridin ja kaliumin poistamiseksi tuhkasta, joka on muodostunut sellutehtaan talteenottokattilassa, missä haihdutettua mustalipeää poltetaan, jolloin tuhka lietetään vesipitoiseen liuokseen ainakin yhdessä uuttovaiheessa ja lietteen pH säädetään, ja liete johdetaan ainakin yhdestä uuttovaiheesta erotusvaiheeseen, jossa natriumyhdisteitä sisältävä kiinteäfaasi erotetaan kloridia ja kaliumia sisältävästä liuosfaasista, ja kiinteä faasi johdetaan talteenottokiertoon, tunnettu siitä että vesipitoinen liuos sisältää mäntyöljypalstoituksen jätehappoa, jolloin lietteen pH säädetään lisäämällä mäntyöljypalstoituksen jätehappoa tai mäntyöljypalstoituksen jätehappoa yhdessä muun hapon kanssa.
2. Vaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että mäntyöljypalstoituksen jätehapon pH on alle 7.
3. Vaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että lietteen pH lasketaan arvoon 7-11, edullisesti arvoon alle 9.
