Claims (7)

1. Pakokaasun jälkikäsittelyjärjestelmä polttomoottoria varten, erityisesti raskasöljyllä käytettävää laivadieselmoottoria varten, jossa laitteistossa on SCR-katalysaattori (13), joka käyttää ammoniakkia pelkistysaineena, jolloin pakokaasun virtaussuunnassa katsottuna ennen SCR-katalysaattoria (13) on sijoitettu suutin (15), jolla laimea urealiuos on määrätyssä paineessa ja määrätyssä lämpötilassa hajotettavissa vesihöyryksi, hiilidioksidiksi ja ammoniakiksi siten, että suuttimen (15) kautta tällä höyrystetty ammoniakki on tuotavissa pakokaasuun, tunnettu siitä, että suutin (15) hajottaa laimean urealiuoksen 5 - 200 baarin paineessa ja 100 - 400 °C:n lämpötilassa vesihöyryksi, hiilidioksidiksi ja ammoniakiksi.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen pakokaasun jälkikäsittely-järjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että suutin (15) hajottaa laimean urealiuoksen 10 - 100 baarin paineessa ja 200 - 300 °C:n lämpötilassa vesihöyryksi, hiilidioksidiksi ja ammoniakiksi.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen pakokaasun jälkikäsittelyjärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että suuttimella (15) laimea urealiuos, joka on tuotavissa suuttimeen (15) määrätyssä paineessa ja määrätyssä lämpötilassa, on hajotettavissa Flash-höyrystyksellä vesihöyryksi, hiilidioksidiksi ja ammoniakiksi ja tuotavissa siinä pakokaasuun.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1 - 3 mukainen pakokaasun jälkikäsittelyjärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että suutin (15) on muodostettu Flash-höyrystyssuuttimeksi, jossa on suutinkierrekammio.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1 - 4 mukainen pakokaasun jälkikäsittelyjärjestelmä, tunnettu siitä, että suutin (15) on sijoitettu pakokaasun virtaussuunnassa katsottuna välittömästi ennen SCR-katalysaattoria (13).
6. Menetelmä polttomoottorin, erityisesti raskasöljyllä käytettävän laivadieselmoottorin luovuttaman pakokaasun jälkikäsittelyyn, jolloin pakokaasu johdetaan SCR-katalysaattorin kautta, joka käyttää ammoniakkia pelkistysaineena, jolloin pakokaasun virtaussuunnassa katsottuna ennen SCR-katalysaattoria sijoitettu suutin hajottaa laimean urealiuoksen vesihöyryksi, hiilidioksidiksi ja ammoniakiksi siten, että suuttimen (15) kautta tällä höyrystetty ammoniakki tuodaan pakokaasuun, tunnettu siitä, että suuttimessa (15) laimea urealiuos hajotetaan 10 - 200 baarin paineessa ja 200 - 400 °C:n lämpötilassa vesihöyryksi, hiilidioksidiksi ja ammoniakiksi.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että suuttimessa (15) laimea urealiuos hajotetaan 10-100 baarin paineessa ja 200 - 300 °C:n lämpötilassa vesihöyryksi, hiilidioksidiksi ja ammoniakiksi.
