Claims (19)

1. Menetelmä biolietteen käsittelemiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmä käsittää - sekoitetaan biolietettä ja biopohjaista ma teriaalia, joka käsittää puun kuorta, seoksen muodostamiseksi, jossa biolietteen kuiva-ainepitoisuus on vähintään 0,01 % (w/w) seoksen kokonaiskuiva- ainepitoisuudesta; käsitellään seosta lämpötilassa, joka on 160 -295 °C, paineen alaisuudessa höyryn läsnä ollessa; ja - päästetään paine.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa paine päästetään äkillisesti tai räjähtävästi seoksen rakenteen hajottamiseksi.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen mene telmä, jossa biolietteen kuiva-ainepitoisuus on vähintään 0,1 % (w/w) tai vähintään 1 % (w/w) tai vähintään 2 % (w/w) tai vähintään 5 % (w/w) tai 0,01 - 40 % (w/w) tai 0,1 - 20 % (w/w) tai 1 - 10 % (w/w) tai 2 -5 % (w/w) seoksen kokonaiskuiva-ainepitoisuudesta.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-3 mukainen menetelmä, jossa seosta käsitellään lämpötilassa, joka on 160 - 295 °C, paineen alaisuudessa höyryn läsnä ollessa 1-60 minuuttia tai 1-5 minuuttia tai 5 -30 minuuttia.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, jossa paine on vähintään 2 bar tai vähintään 3 bar tai vähintään 10 bar tai alueella 2-50 bar tai 3-10 bar tai 10 - 20 bar.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, jossa painetta päästetään paineeseen, joka on alle 5 bar tai alle 4 bar tai alle 2 bar tai noin 1 bar tai ympäristön paine.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-6 mukainen menetelmä, jossa paine päästetään laskemalla painetta vähintään 50 % paineesta tai 60 % paineesta tai vähintään 70 % paineesta tai vähintään 75 % paineesta.
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-7 mukainen menetelmä, jossa seosta käsitellään lämpötilassa, joka on alueella 215 - 295 °C tai 160 - 260 °C tai 200 - 230 °C tai 190 - 230 °C tai 190 - 220 °C.
9. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-8 mukainen menetelmä, jossa seoksesta poistetaan vettä ennen seoksen käsittelemistä lämpötilassa, joka on 160 - 295 °C, paineen alaisuudessa höyryn läsnä ollessa.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-9 mukainen menetelmä, jossa seos puristetaan kakun muodostamiseksi ennen seoksen käsittelemistä lämpötilassa, joka on 160 - 295 °C, paineen alaisuudessa höyryn läsnä ollessa.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen menetelmä, jossa seos puristetaan pakottamalla seos tulppa-ruuvin läpi .
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-11 mukainen menetelmä, jossa biopohjainen materiaali käsittää biopohjaista kuitumateriaalia, ei-puupitoista biomassaa tai mitä tahansa niiden seosta.
13. Patenttivaatimuksen 12 mukainen menetelmä, jossa biopohjainen kuitumateriaali käsittää puupohjaista kuitumateriaalia, turvetta, kuitupitoista primaarilietettä tai mitä tahansa niiden seosta.
14. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen menetelmä, jossa puupohjainen kuitumateriaali käsittää murskattua kierrätyspuumateriaalia, puuhaketta, sahanpurua tai mitä tahansa niiden seosta.
15. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-14 mukainen menetelmä, jossa bioliete on saatavissa prosessista, jossa käsitellään jätevettä, joka on saatavissa massanvalmistusprosessista tai yhdyskuntajätevedestä.
16. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-15 mukainen menetelmä, jossa seos poltetaan tai pelletoi-daan ja poltetaan paineen päästämisen jälkeen.
17. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen menetelmä, jossa seos poltetaan lämmön ja sähkön yhteistuotannon kattilassa tai meesauunissa.
18. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-17 mukainen menetelmä, jossa menetelmä toteutetaan jatkuvana prosessina.
19. Tuote, joka on saatavissa jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-18 mukaisella menetelmällä.
