Claims (22)
1. Koostumus, joka käsittää titaanidioksidin ja lisäaineita, jotka ovat käyttökelpoisia titaanidioksidin optisen suorituskyvyn parantamiseen tai joiden ansiosta ainakin osa mainitussa koostumuksessa olevasta titaanidioksidista voidaan korvata lisäaineilla, jolloin lisätään ainakin kahta lisäainetta, jolloin ensimmäinen lisäaine käsittää komposiittipigmentin ja toinen lisäaine käsittää reaktiivisen polymeerin, tunnettu siitä, että komposiittipigmentti käsittää kuorenmuodostuskomponentin ja pigmentin, joka vaikuttaa koostumuksen optisiin ominaisuuksiin (optisen pigmentin), jolloin mainittu optinen pigmentti on ainakin osittain upotettu kuoreen, jonka muodostaa kuorenmuodostuskomponentti, ja jolloin kuoren-muodostuskomponentti on saostettu epäorgaaninen yhdiste, edullisesti epäorgaaninen yhdiste, joka on niukkaliukoinen veteen, kuten saostettu kalsiumkarbonaatti, kalsium-sulfaatti, bariumsulfaatti, magnesiumkarbonaatti, magnesiumsilikaatti, alumiinihydroksidi tai alumiinisilikaatti, edullisimmin saostettu kalsiumkarbonaatti.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen koostumus, jolloin mainittu koostumus on valittu ryhmästä, jonka muodostavat - pinnoitemateriaalikoostumukset, erityisesti paperin tai kartongin pinnoitteet; - maalit; - täytemateriaalikoostumukset paperia tai kartonkia, muoveja tai painovärejä varten; ja - paperin tai kartongin rainat tai kerrokset, jolloin mainitut rainat tai kerrokset päällystetään edellä mainitulla pinnoitemateriaalikoostumuksella tai täytetään edellä mainitulla täytemateriaalikoostumuksella.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen koostumus, jolloin mainittu koostumus on pinnoitema-teriaalikoo stumu s.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen koostumus, jolloin optinen pigmentti on valoa sirottava ja/tai absorboiva pigmentti, kuten titaanidioksidi, alumiinihydroksidi, bariumsulfaatti, kaoliini, kipsi, jauhettu tai saostettu kalsiumkarbonaatti, liitu, silikaatti, kuten kiille, magnesiumkarbonaatti, dolomiitti, talkki, alumiinisilikaatti, piidioksidi tai niiden seos, tai orgaaninen pigmenttimateriaali, kuten muovipigmentti tai nokimusta, tai niiden seos.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen koostumus, jolloin - optinen pigmentti on titaanidioksidi tai optisten pigmenttien seos, jolloin yksi pigmenteistä on titaanidioksidi.
6. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen koostumus, jolloin reaktiivinen polymeeri käsittää polymeerilateksipartikkeleita, jotka pystyvät adsorboitumaan titaanidioksidiin.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen koostumus, jolloin reaktiivinen polymeeri käsittää polymeeripartikkeleita, jotka pystyvät muodostamaan kovalenttisia sidoksia titaanidioksidin kanssa.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen koostumus, jolloin kovalenttiset sidokset muodostuvat suoraan titaanidioksidin ja reaktiivisen polymeerin välille.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen koostumus, jolloin kovalenttiset sidokset muodostuvat titaanidioksidin ja reaktiiviseen polymeeriin sitoutuneiden reagoineiden kytkentäaineiden välille.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 6-9 mukainen koostumus, jolloin reaktiivinen polymeeri on muodostettu akryyli-, polyuretaani-, vinyyliasetaatti-, VA/VcoVa-, poly(vinyyliasetaat-ti)- tai painepolymeerisideaineista.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen koostumus, jolloin reaktiivinen polymeeri on akryy-lipohjainen prekomposiittipolymeeri.
12. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen koostumus, jolloin 5-100 %, edullisesti 5-60 % ja edullisimmin 25-45 % alkuperäisestä titaanidioksidimäärästä on korvattu komposiittipigmentin ja reaktiivisen polymeerin yhdistetyllä lisäyksellä samalla säilyttäen alkuperäiset pelkästään titaanidioksidilla saavuttavat optiset ominaisuudet.
13. Menetelmä titaanidioksidin ja lisäaineiden koostumuksen optisten ominaisuuksien parantamiseksi, jotka lisäaineet ovat käyttökelpoisia titaanidioksidin optisen suorituskyvyn parantamiseen tai joiden ansiosta ainakin osa mainitussa koostumuksessa olevasta titaanidioksidista voidaan korvata lisäaineilla, jolloin mainittu menetelmä käsittää vaiheet, joissa - lisätään ainakin kahta lisäainetta, jolloin ensimmäinen lisäaine käsittää komposiitti-pigmentin ja toinen lisäaine käsittää reaktiivisen polymeerin, jolloin titaanidioksidin, mainitun komposiittipigmentin ja mainitun reaktiivisen polymeerin välille syntyy synergistinen vuorovaikutus, tunnettu siitä, että - komposiittipigmentti käsittää kuorenmuodostuskomponentin ja pigmentin, joka vaikuttaa koostumuksen optisiin ominaisuuksiin (optisen pigmentin), jolloin mainittu optinen pigmentti on ainakin osittain upotettu kuoreen, jonka muodostaa kuorenmuodostuskomponentti, ja - kuorenmuodostuskomponentti on saostettu epäorgaaninen yhdiste, edullisesti epäorgaaninen yhdiste, joka on niukkaliukoinen veteen, kuten saostettu kalsiumkarbo-naatti, kalsiumsulfaatti, bariumsulfaatti, magnesiumkarbonaatti, magnesiumsilikaat-ti, alumiinihydroksidi tai alumiinisilikaatti, edullisimmin saostettu kalsiumkarbo-naatti.
14. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin mainittu koostumus on valittu ryhmästä, jonka muodostavat - pinnoitemateriaalikoostumukset, erityisesti paperin tai kartonki n pinnoitteet; - maalit; - täytemateriaalikoostumukset paperia tai kartonkia, muoveja tai painovärejä varten; ja - paperin tai kartongin rainat tai kerrokset, jolloin mainitut rainat tai kerrokset päällystetään edellä mainitulla pinnoitemateriaalikoostumuksella tai täytetään edellä mainitulla täytemateriaalikoostumuksella.
15. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 tai 14 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin optinen pigmentti on valoa sirottava ja/tai absorboiva pigmentti, kuten titaanidioksidi, alumiinihydroksidi, bariumsulfaatti, kaoliini, kipsi, jauhettu tai saostettu kalsiumkarbonaatti, liitu, silikaatti, kuten kiille, magnesiumkarbonaatti, dolomiitti, talkki, alumiinisilikaatti, piidioksidi tai niiden seos, tai orgaaninen pigmenttimateriaali, kuten muovipigmentti tai nokimusta, tai niiden seos. 16. lonkin patenttivaatimuksen 13-15 mukainen menetelmä, jossa - optinen pigmentti ontitaanidioksidi tai optisten pigmenttien seos, jolloin yksi pigmenteistä on titaanidioksidi.
17. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 13-16 mukainen menetelmä, jossa reaktiivinen polymeeri käsittää polymeerilateksipartikkeleita, jotka pystyvät adsorboitumaan titaanidioksidiin.
18. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 13-17 mukainen menetelmä, jossa reaktiivinen polymeeri käsittää polymeeripartikkeleita, jotka pystyvät muodostamaan kovalenttisia sidoksia titaanidioksidin kanssa.
19. Patenttivaatimuksen 18 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kovalenttiset sidokset muodostuvat suoraan titaanidioksidin ja reaktiivisen polymeerin välille.
20. Patenttivaatimuksen 18 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kovalenttiset sidokset muodostuvat titaanidioksidin ja reaktiiviseen polymeeriin sitoutuneiden reagoineiden kytkentäaineiden välille.
21. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 13-20 mukainen menetelmä, jossa reaktiivinen polymeeri on muodostettu akryyli-, polyuretaani-, vinyyliasetaatti-, VA/VeoVa-, poly(vinyyliasetaat-ti)- tai painepolymeerisideaineista.
22. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 13-21 mukainen menetelmä, jossa reaktiivinen polymeeri on akryylipohjainen prekomposiittipolymeeri.
23. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa 5-100 %, edullisesti 5-60 % ja edullisimmin 25-45 % alkuperäisestä titaanidioksidimäärästä on korvattu komposiittipigmentin ja reaktiivisen polymeerin yhdistetyllä lisäyksellä samalla säilyttäen alkuperäiset pelkästään titaanidioksidilla saavuttavat optiset ominaisuudet.
