Claims (10)

1. Prosessi bioöljyn modifioimiseksi, missä mainittu prosessi käsittää vaiheet, tunnettu siitä että a) bioöljyä käsittävän syöte saatetaan reagoimaan NaBhUm ja Na204S2:n joukosta valitun pelkistävän aineen kanssa vähintään yhdessä polaarisessa liuottimessa, ja b) saadaan modifioitua bioöljyä.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä että vaiheessa a) muodostetaan pelkistysreaktioseos ja mainitulle pelkistysreaktioseokselle suoritetaan vaihe c), missä polaarinen liuotin/liuottimet erotetaan pelkistysreaktioseoksesta, muodostetaan liuotinvapaa reaktioseos ja lisätään vesipitoista väliainetta liuotinvapaaseen reaktioseokseen, ja vesi ja pelkistävästä aineesta muodostunut reaktiotuote erotetaan.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä että vaiheessa a) muodostetaan pelkistysreaktioseos ja mainitulle pelkistysreaktioseokselle suoritetaan vaihe d), missä vesipitoista väliainetta lisätään pelkistysreaktioseokseen, ja vesi ja liuotin/ liuottimet ja pelkistävästä aineesta muodostunut reaktiotuote erotetaan.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä että bioöljyä käsittävä syöte valitaan bioöljyjen, pyrolyysiöljyjen, bioöljyjen fraktioiden ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä että polaarinen liuotin valitaan Cl-C10-alkoholien, -eettereiden ja veden ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä että pelkistävän aineen/bioöljyn määrä on 1:10 -10:1 (p/p).
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä että reaktio toteutetaan 20 - 200°C lämpötilassa.
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-7 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä että reaktio toteutetaan paineessa alueella normaalin ilmakehän paineesta NTP 25 bar paineeseen.

Patenttivaatimuksen 2 tai 3 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä että vesipitoinen väliaine valitaan veden, jätevesivirtojen, ja prosessista tai muista prosesseista peräisin olevien kierrätettyjen vesivirtojen joukosta. 10. jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-9 mukaisella prosessilla saadun modifioidun bioöljytuotteen käyttö lämmitysöljynä tai lähtöaineena polttoaineiden, polttoainekomponenttien, hienokemikaalien, kemiallisten rakennuskomponenttien ja liuottimien valmistusprosesseissa.
