Claims (19)
1. Menetelmä Sphagnum-sammalta käsittävien kasvualustarakenteiden valmistamiseksi, joka menetelmä käsittää vaiheet, missä muodostetaan vähintään yksi vaahdotettu dispersio dispergoimalla Sphagnum-samma\ta käsittäviä sammalpartikkeleita, vettä ja vähintään yhtä vaahdotusainetta käsittävään seokseen, tunnettu siitä, että vaahdotettu dispersio tai dispersiot johdetaan huokoiselle kantajalle ja neste poistetaan huokoisen kantajan läpi rainan muodostamiseksi ja raina kuivataan.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että muodostetaan vähintään yksi vaahdotettu lisädispersio dispergoimalla Sphagnum-sammalta käsittäviä sammalpartikkeleita seokseen, joka käsittää vettä ja vähintään yhtä vaahdotusainetta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vaahdotettu dispersio tai dispersiot käsittää 0,1 - 10 p-%, edullisesti 0,5 - 8 p-% Sphagnum-sammalta käsittäviä sammalpartikkeleita.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vaahdotettu dispersio tai dispersiot käsittää 0,005 - 5 p-%, edullisesti 0,01 - 2 p-% vähintään yhtä vaahdotusainetta.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vaahdotettu dispersio tai dispersiot käsittää lisäksi luonnonkuitujen, synteettisten kuitujenpa niiden yhdistelmien joukosta valittuja kuituja.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vaahdotusaine valitaan anionisten, kationisten, non-ionisten ja amfoteeristen pinta-aktiivisten aineiden ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta, edullisesti polyvinyylialkoholien, tärkkelysten, tärkkelysjohdannaisten ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vaahdotettu dispersio tai dispersiot käsittää lisäksi yhtä tai useampaa sideainetta, väriainetta, ravinnetta, lannoitetta, siemeniä, kostutusainetta, märkälujuudenlisääjää, lateksikreppauskemikaalia, pehmennysainetta, epäorgaanista täyteainetta, biohiiltä, puskuria, kalsiumkarbonaattia, magnesiumkarbonaattia, savea, mikrobeja, tai niiden yhdistelmää.
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-7 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vaahdotetut dispersiot johdetaan huokoiselle kantajalle omina kerroksinaan.
9. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-8 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kasvualustarakenne käsittää sivut, päällysosan ja pohjan, ja kuivauksen jälkeen kasvualustarakenne päällystetään sivuilta polymeerillä.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-9 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että Sphagnum-samma\ valitaan Sphagnum-lajien ja luonnossa esiintyvien Sphagnum-sammalseosten joukosta.
11. Sphagnum-sammalta käsittävä kasvualustarakenne, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää 45 - 99,9 p-% Sphagnum-sammalta käsittäviä sammalpartikkeleita, 0,001 - 5 p-% vähintään yhtä vaahdotusainetta, sen vedenpidätyskyky on 20-45 til-%, se pidättää ilmaa 45-75 til-% ja tiheys on 10-250 kg/m3.
12. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen Sphagnum-sammalta käsittävä kasvualustarakenne, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää lisäksi yhden tai useammman kerroksen, joka käsittää Sphagnum-sammalta käsittäviä sammalpartikkeleita.
13. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 tai 12 mukainen Sphagnum-sammalta käsittävä kasvualustarakenne, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää lisäksi luonnonkuitujen, synteettisten kuitujen, ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta valittuja kuituja.
14. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 11-13 mukainen Sphagnum-samma\X.a käsittävä kasvualustarakenne, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää lisäksi yhtä tai useampaa sideainetta, väriainetta, ravinnetta, lannoitetta, siemeniä, kostutusainetta, märkälujuudenlisääjää, lateksikreppauskemikaalia, pehmennysainetta, epäorgaanista täyteainetta, biohiiltä, puskuria, kalsiumkarbonaattia, magnesiumkarbonaattia, savea, mikrobeja, tai niiden yhdistelmää.
15. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 11-14 mukainen Sphagnum-sammalta käsittävä kasvualustarakenne, tunnettu siitä, että kasvualustarakenne käsittää sivut, päällysosan ja pohjan, ja se käsittää polymeerikerroksen sivuilla.
16. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 11-15 mukainen Sphagnum-samma\ta käsittävä kasvualustarakenne, tunnettu siitä, että Sphagnum-samma\ valitaan Sphagnum-\aj\en ja luonnossa esiintyvien Sphagnum-samma\seosten joukosta.
17. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 11-16 mukainen Sphagnum-samma\ta käsittävä kasvualustarakenne, tunnettu siitä, että se saadaan jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-10 mukaisella menetelmällä.
18. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 11-17 mukaisen Sphagnum-samma\ta käsittävän kasvualustarakenteen käyttö puutarhatuotanto-, viherrakentamis- ja metsä n vi Ijelysovel I u ksissa.
19. Patenttivaatimuksen 18 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että Sphagnum- sammalta käsittävää kasvualustarakennetta käytetään levynä, laattana, elementtinä tai arkkina kasvien kasvatuksessa, kasvatuslevynä, kasvatuskuutiona, kylvö- ja leikkuukuutiona, istutuskuutiona, maan rakennekankaana, biohajoavan suojana, koristemateriaalina ja kukka-asetelmapohjana.
