Claims (8)

1. Jäähdy tyselementti pyrometallurgista uunia kuten liekkisulatusuunia tai liekkikonvertointiuunia varten, 5 jolloin jäähdytyselementillä (1) on palopinta (2) olemaan yhteydessä metallurgisen uunin sisustan kanssa, jolloin jäähdytyselementti käsittää kuparia sisältävän peruselementin (4) ja ainakin osittain peruselementtiä (4) peittävän päällysteen (5), ja jolloin päällyste (4) muodostaa jäähdytyselementin (1) palopinnan, 10 tunnettu siitä, että päällyste (5) on ainakin osittain applikoitu laserpinnoitusprosessilla kuten laserdepositiolla, ja että päällyste (5) sisältää Ni-pohjaisen lejeeringin.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen jäähdytyselementti, tunnettu siitä, että päällyste (5) sisältää painoprosentteina Fe: 0.1 - 15 %, Ni: 50 - 65 %, Cr: 1 - 30 %,
20 Mo: 5 - 30 %, Cu: alle 2%, Mn: alle 3%, ja Co: alle 3%.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen jäähdytyselementti, tunnettu siitä, että päällysteen paksuus on alueella 1-5 mm.

5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen jäähdytyselementti, tunnettu siitä, että päällyste muodostaa jäähdy tyselementin palopinnan ja että päällyste ulottuu palopinnan yli £ peruselementin sivuille. CM o to 35

Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen jäähdytyselementti, tunnettu siitä, että ^ jäähdytyselementti on järjestetty laskuaukkoon sulan kuten sulan metallin laskemiseksi ^ pyrometallurgisesta uunista kuten laskuaukkoon sulan kuten sulan metallin laskemiseksi liekkisulatusuunista tai liekkikonvertointiuunista.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen jäähdytyselementti, tunnettu siitä, että jäähdytyselementti on järjestetty pyrometallurgisen uunin sulaa metallia varten olevaan kammioon kuten liekkisulatusuunin alauuniin tai liekkikonvertointiuunin alauuniin.
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen jäähdytyselementti, tunnettu siitä, että 5 jäähdytyselementti on järjestetty pyrometallurgisen uunin kammioon kaasua ja/tai suspensiota varten kuten liekkisulatusuunin reaktiokuiluun tai nousukuiluun tai liekkikonvertointiuunin alauuniin reaktiokuiluun tai nousukuiluun. co δ CM CM o x X CL CM O CM CD O CM
