Claims (6)
1. Process för framställning av basoljor, kännetecknad därav, att processen omfattar steg där en rävara erhällna frän ett utgängsmaterial av biologiskt 5 ursprung, utsätts för ett kondensationssteg vald frän ketonisering, aldol- kondensation, alkoholkondensation och radikalreaktioner och därefter utsätts för ett kombinerat hydrodefunktionaliserings- och isomeriseringssteg, och ketoniseringen genomförs under ett tryck Iran 0 till 10 Mpa, vid en tempe-10 ratur frän 10 tili 500 °C, i närvaro av en uppburen metalloxidkatalysator och rävaran väljs frän fcttsyraestrar, fettsyraanhydrider, fettalkoholer, fett-aldehyder, naturliga vaxer, metallsalter av fcttsyror, dikarboxylsyror och polyoler, aldolkondensationen genomförs i närvaro av en homogen eller heterogen 15 aldolkondensationskatalysator vid en temperatur frän 80 tili 400 °C och rävaran väljs frän aldehyder, ketoner och hydroxyaldehyder, alkoholkondensationen genomförs i närvaro av en katalysator vald frän hydroxider och alkoxider av alkali och alkaliska jordartsmetaller och me-talloxider, i kombination med en cokatalysator omfattande en metall vid 20 en temperatur frän 200 tili 300 °C och rävaran väljs frän primära och/eller sekundära, mättade och/eller omättade alkoholer, radikalreaktionen genomförs vid en temperatur av 100 tili 300 °C i närvaro av en alkylperoxid-, peroxyester-, dialkylperoxid- eller peroxyketalkataly-sator och rävaran väljs frän mättade karboxylsyror och alfaolefmer i ett 25 molförhällande 1:1. 1 Process enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att det kombinerade hydrodefunktionaliserings- och isomeriseringssteget genomförs under ett tryck frän 0.1 tili 15 MPa, vid en temperatur av 100 tili 500 °C, i närvaro 30 av en bifunktionell katalysator omfattande ätminstone ett molekylärt säll valt frän aluminosilikater och silicoaluminofosfater och ätminstone en me- tall vald frän Grupp 6 och 8-10 metaller i Periodiska Tabellen over Grund-ämnen.
3. Process enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknad därav, att strömnings- 5 hastigheten WHSV i det kombinerade hydrodefunktionaliserings- och isomeriseringssteget är frän 0,1 till 10 1/h och väte till vätska matningsför-hällendet är frän 1 till 5000 Nl/1.

Process enligt patentkravet 2 eller 3, kännetecknad därav, att den bifunk- 10 tionella katalysatom omfattar ätminstone ett molekylärt säll valt frän zeo- liter och silicoaluminofosfater, ätminstone en metall vald frän Grupp 9 eller 10 metaller i Periodiska Tabellen över Grundämnen och ett binde-medel.

Process enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknad därav, att rävaran väljs frän en grupp bestäende av: a) växtfetter, växtoljor, växtvaxer; animaliska fetter, animaliska oljor, 25 animaliska vaxer; fiskfetter, fisko ljor, fiskvaxer, och b) fettsyror och fria fettsyror erhällna frän växtfetter, växtoljor, växtvaxer; animaliska fetter, animaliska oljor, animaliska vaxer; fiskfetter, fiskoljor, fiskvaxer, och blandningar därav genom hydrolys, transforestring eller pyrolys, och c) estrar erhällna fran växtfetter, växtoljor, växtvaxer; animaliska fetter, animaliska oljor, animaliska vaxer; fiskfetter, fiskoljor, fisk-vaxer, och blandningar därav genom transforestring, och d) metallsalter av fettsyror erhallna ffän växtfetter, växtoljor, växt- 5 vaxer; animaliska fetter, animaliska oljor, animaliska vaxer; fisk fetter, fiskoljor, fiskvaxer, och blandningar därav genom fortval-ning, och e) anhydrider av fettsyror ffän växtfetter, växtoljor, växtvaxer; animaliska fetter, animaliska oljor, animaliska vaxer; fiskfetter, fiskoljor, 10 fiskvaxer, och blandningar därav, och f) estrar erhällna genom förestring av ffia fettsyror av växt-, animal-och fiskursprung med alkoholer, och g) fettalkoholer eller aldehyder erhällna som reduktionsprodukter av fettsyror ffän växtfetter, växtoljor, växtvaxer; animaliska fetter, 15 animaliska oljor, animaliska vaxer; fiskfetter, fiskoljor, fiskvaxer, och blandningar därav, och h) ätervunna fetter och oljor av matkvalitet, och fetter, oljor och vaxer erhällna genom genteknik, i) dikarboxylsyror eller polyoler inkluderande dioler, hydroxyketo- 20 ner, hydroxyaldehyder, hydroxykarboxylsyror, och j) blandningar av nämnda utgängsmaterial. 25
