Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för insprutning av vätska i en turboladdad kolvmotors (1) insugningskanal (2) varigenom insugningsluften fuktas och kväve- 5 oxidutsläppen minskar, kännetecknat av, att insugningsluften i förfa-randet uppvärms i ett första steg före turboladdaren med ett värmeväx-larorgan (5'), och efter det första uppvärmningssteget insprutas vatten-dimma direkt i insugningskanalen med ätminstone ett första munstycke (9, 10), och att insugningsluften i det andra steget komprimeras i lad-10 daren (4) varvid dess temperatur ökar, och vattendimma insprutas direkt i insugningskanalen med ätminstone ett andra munstycke (12, 13) efter det andra steget, varvid ätminstone ett av insprutningsanordning-ens spruthuvuden är kopplat direkt tili insugningskanalens konstruktio-ner. 15
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av, att den av munstyckena sprutade vattenmängden regleras enligt motorns belast-ning och/eller varvtal.
3. Insprutningsanordning för fuktning av insugningsluften i en turbo laddad kolvmotor (1), varigenom kväveoxidutsläppen minskar, vilken .. anordning omfattar ätminstone ett munstycke för insprutning av vat- | “ tenhaltig vätska i insugningskanalen (2), kännetecknad av, att anord- j·* · ningen omfattar ätminstone ett uppvärmningsorgan (5'), för uppvärm- i 1 25 ning av insugningsluften före turboladdaren (4) och ätminstone ett för- * * * sta munstycke (9, 10) för insprutning av vattenhaltig vätskedimma di-\*-j rekt i insugningskanalen efter uppvärmningsorganet (5') och att atmin- stone ett av insprutningsanordningens spruthuvuden är kopplat direkt tili insugningskanalens konstruktioner. :·. 30 • ·· • .···.

5. Insprutningsanordning enligt patentkrav 3 eller 4, kännetecknad av, att insprutningsanordningen omfattar ventilorgan (13, 14) med vil- 118136 ka vätskekanalerna som leder till munstyckena (9-13) regleras och/eller öppnas/stängs.
6. Insprutningsanordning enligt nlgot av patentkraven 3-5, känne-5 tecknad av, att atminstone en anordning (5') som uppvärmer insug- ningsluften är ett värmeväxlarorgan.
7. Insprutningsanordning enligt nlgot av patentkraven 3-6, känne-tecknad av, att atminstone en andra anordning som uppvärmer insug- 10 ningsluften är en laddare (4).
8. Insprutningsanordning enligt nagot av patentkraven 3-7, kanne-tecknad av, att anordningen omfattar en regleranordning med vilken atminstone insprutningen via en del av munstyckena (9-12) kan regle- 15 ras.
9. Insprutningsanordning enligt nagot av patentkraven 3-8, känne-tecknad av, att vätskedimmans droppstorlek vanligen är mindre än 200 pm. 20
