Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för bildande av en sammansätt-ning som frigörs under läng tid vilken sammansättning innehäller oktreotid eller ett sait eller ett derivat 5 därav i en biodegraderbar och biokombinerbar polymer bärare, kännetecknat därav, att a) läkemedelsföreningen eller en lösning av densamma i metanol eller vatten eller i en buffert, vars pH är 3 - 8, blandas med en lösning av polylak- 10 tid-ko-glykolid i metylenklorid, och b) den bildade läkemedelsföreningens suspen-sionslösning eller emulsion sprayas i polymerlösningen i en varm luftström, c) de bildade mikropartiklarna eller mikrobo-15 larna tas tillvara och de tvättas i en buffertlösning, vars pH är 3,0 - 8,0, eller i destillerat vatten, och d) de torkas i vakuum vid en temperatur pä 20°C - 40°C.

7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknat därav, att mikropartiklarnas yta är väsentligen fri frän läkemedelsförening.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6 eller 7, 20 kännetecknat därav, att halten oktreotid är 2,0 - 10 vikt-%.
