Claims (10)

1. Förfarande för framställning av livs- och fodermedel innehällande ketosyror for att minska kväveutsöndringen frän människor och djur med bibehällen protein-bildning, kännetecknat av att man ersätter protein i livsmedlet och fodret med alfa-ketoglutarsyra; en kombination av alfaketoglutarsyra och pyrodruvsyra; oxaloacetat 20 eller en kombination av oxaloacetat och alfaketoglutarsyra eller pyruvat eller annan ketosyra enligt formeln R-CO-COOX, där R anger en del av en icke-essentiell ami-nosyra och X anger väte, alkalimetall, alkalisk jordartsmetall eller organisk bas, eller « : icke-toxiska prekursorer eller mellanprodukter tili sädana ketosyror med formeln ; ’, · R-CO-COOX, varvid ketosyran (-oma) föreligger i en mängd av 1 tili 20 vikt-%, : 25 företrädesvis 1-10 vikt-%, av den närvarande proteintorrsubstansen. • · • · * i ·» -i · ·
