Abstract

Nuevo horno eléctrico metálico para pastelerías, reposterías y fábricas de galletas, caracterizado por que el mismo está formado a base de chapas metálicas que otorgan la estructura al horno, disponiéndose en su frente las correspondientes cámaras iluminadas interiormente, llevando unas puertas compensadas de cierre que se efectúa el mismo por medio de dos cerrojos articulados accionados desde el exterior por su correspondiente mando.
