CONSISTE EN: PONER EN CONTACTO UNA MUESTRA CON UN ANTISUERO DE DIGITOXINA; PONER EN CONTACTO LA SOLUCION RESULTANTE CON UN DERIVADO DE CARBOXIFLUORESCEIN DIGITOXIGENINA CAPAZ DE PRODUCIR UNA RESPUESTA DE POLARIZACION DE FLUORESCENCIA DETECTABLE A LA PRESENCIA DEL ANTISUERO DE DIGITOXINA Y FORMAR UNA SOLUCION DE ENSAYO HOMOGENEA; PASAR LUZ POLARIZADA PLANA A TRAVES DE LA SOLUCION DE ENSAYO HOMOGENEA PARA OBTENER UNA RESPUESTA DE POLARIZACION DE FLUORESCENCIA, Y DETECTAR LA RESPUESTA DE POLARIZACION DE FLUORESCENCIA DE LA SOLUCION DE ENSAYO HOMOGENEA PARA MEDIR LA CANTIDAD DE DIGITOXINA EN LA MUESTRA.
