METODO PARA DETECTAR LA PRESENCIA DE UN INHIBIDOR ANTICUERPO DE FACTOR VIII HUMANO EN UNA MUESTRA. COMPRENDE: A) INMOVILIZAR SOBRE UN SUSTRATO SOLIDO UN POLIPEPTIDO; B) PONER EN CONTACTO EL POLIPEPTIDO INMOVILIZADO CON LA MUESTRA; C) HACER REACCIONAR EL POLIPEPTIDO INMOVILIZADO CON UN ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL PARA IGG HUMANA; D) TRATAR AL ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL CON UN ANTICUERPO RADIOMARCADO; E) ANALIZAR EL POLIPEPTIDO INMOVILIZADO PARA DETECTAR LA PRESENCIA O AUSENCIA DE RADIOACTIVIDAD EN EL ANTICUERPO RADIOMARCADO. EL POLIPEPTIDO NEUTRALIZA LA ACTIVIDAD DEL INHIBIDOR DEL FACTOR VIII Y CUYA SECUENCIA DE AMINOACIDOS ES LA DE UN FRAGMENTO DEL FACTOR VIII HUMANO SELECCIONADO DEL GRUPO DE LOS RESIDUOS DE AMINOACIDOS 1690-2332. 373-740.
