LA BASE LIQUIDA ESTA FOMRADA POR UNA MEZCLA DE ACIDO FOSFORICO Y AZUCAR Y EL ESTABILIZADOR DE SUELOS ES UN POLIBUTADIENO. SE UTILIZAN PARA FABRICAR ESCOMBRERAS, VERTEDEROS Y DIQUES.
