CONSISTENTES EN REALIZARSE LA POLIMERIZACION BAJO UNA PRESION SUPERIOR A 200 BARES Y A UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR A 170JC, EN PRESENCIA DE UN SISTEMA CATALITICO DEL TIPO ZIEGLER, MEDIANTE UN COMPRESOR DE MOVIMIENTO ALTERNATIVO, SIENDO ENVIADA LA MEZCLA PROCEDENTE DEL REACTOR HACIA UN SEPARADOR BAJO PRESION COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 50 Y 500 BARES, EN EL QUE EL POLIMERO SE SEPARA DEL ETILENO QUE NO HAYA REACCIONADO, SIENDO COMPRIMIDO EL ETILENO PROCEDENTE DEL SEPARADOS HASTA LA PRESION DEL REACTOR Y REENVIADO A ESTE, CONTENIENDO EL ETILENO PROCEDENTE DEL SEPARADOR 0,5 PPM DE RESIDUOS DEL SISTEMA CATALITICO.
