COMPRENDE UNA PRIMERA ETAPA EN LA QUE SE SOMETE A UNA REACCION DE POLIMERIZACION EN EMULSION ACUOSA, PREVIA ADICION DE UN ACEITE MINERAL Y UN ACEITE SILICONICO, UNA MEZCLA DE ACRILONITRILO Y ESTIRENO EN PRESENCIA DE POLIBUTADIENO, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 40 Y 80 GRADOS, DURANTE UN TIEMPO DE APROXIMADAMENTE 6 HORAS, CON FORMACION DE UN COPOLIMERO ACRILONITRILO-ESTIRENO INJERTADO SOBRE DICHO POLIBUTADIENO; Y UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA EN LA QUE SE AGREGA SUCESIVAMENTE EL COPOLIMERO INJERTADO A COPOLIMEROS A BASE DE ACRILONITRILO Y ESTIRENO, AMALGAMANDO EL CONJUNTO A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE.
