CONSISTE EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE (6R,7R)-7-(Z)-2-(2-TRITILAMINOTIAZOL-4-IL)-2-(2-T-BUTILOXICARBONIL-PROP-2-OXIMINO)ACETAMIDO-3-(1-IRIDINOMETIL)-3-CEFEM-4-CARBOXILADO, QUE SE PREPARA IN SITU, CON UNA DISOLUCION DE ACIDO BROMHIDRICO AL 48%, EN UN CONTRADISOLVENTE, TAL COMO ACETATO DE ISOPROPILO, ACETONA O METILETILCETONA, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE C10JC Y 25JC.
