UNA PORCION DEL LECHO DE CARBONO SE REGENERA MEDIANTE TRATAMIENTO CON UNA DISOLUCION DE HIDROXIDO SODICO DE CONCENTRACION 2 A 20% QUE SE PASA A SU TRAVES, MIENTRAS QUE A TRAVES DE LA OTRA PASA LA CORRIENTE DE FILTRADO, DE MODO QUE SE PRODUCE UNA REGENERACION CONTINUA DE EFLUENTE.
