COMPRENDE: A) UTILIZAR UN POLVO PREALEADO DE ALEACION DE ALUMINIO TIPO 2214 AU 4 SG; B) DENSIFICAR EN FRIO DE FORMA ESBOZADA Y SENCILLA, EN UNA PRENSA INDUSTRIAL PARA OBTENER UNA FORMA ESBOZADA DE DENSIDAD MODERADA, 2 A 2,5; C) PESAR AUTOMATICAMENTE LA FORMA ESBOZADA AL SALIR DE LA PRENSA PARA CONTROLAR QUE EL PESO DE LA FORMA ESBOZADA SEA DE G 0,5%; D) CALENTAMIENTO DE LA FORMA ESBOZADA A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 470 Y 500JC, EN ATMOSFERA DE NITROGENO PURO; E) SACAR LA FORMA ESBOZADA DEL HORNO Y FORJARLA EN UN TIEMPO INFERIOR A LOS 10 SEGUNDOS EN UNA MATRIZ CERRADA, SIN REBABAS GRUESAS.
