CONSISTE EN: AÑADIR INTERMITENTEMENTE A UNA CORRIENTE DE AGUA INDUSTRIAL, QUE TIENE UNA TEMPERATURA DE 23,9C A 65,5C, UN BIOCIDA SELECCIONADO ENTRE UN COMPUESTO DE TIOCIANATO, UN COMPUESTO DE TIOCARBAMATO, UN COMPUESTO DE CLOROFENATO Y OTROS, A UNA CONCENTRACION DE 1 A 600 PARTES DE BIOCIDA POR UN MILLON DE PARTES DE AGUA INDUSTRIAL; Y AÑADIR CONTINUAMENTE UNA ENZIMA SELECCIONADA ENTRE UNA AMILASA, UNA LEVANHIDROLASA O UNA ENZIMA DEGRADADORA DE DEXTRANO, A UNA CONCENTRACION DE AL MENOS DOS PARTES DE ENZIMA A 500 UNIDADES POR MILILITRO POR UN MILLON DE PARTES DE AGUA INDUSTRIAL.
