Abstract

Procedimiento para aislar ácidos carboxílicos producidos enzimáticamente a partir de las soluciones o suspensiones de reacción, caracterizado porque se tratan estas soluciones o suspensiones con polímeros que contienen grupos amino terciarios, y se desorben los ácidos carboxílicos adsorbidos, mediante tratamiento con un disolvente polar tomado del grupo de los alcoholes alifáticos, las cetonas alifáticas y los ésteres de ácidos carboxílicos alifáticos.
