Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA SEPARAR URANIO DE UN AGENTE DE EXTRACCION ORGANICO CARGADO, A BASE DE UN ACIDO ALQUILPIROFOSFORICO DISUELTO EN UN DILUYENTE ORGANICO SUSTANCIALMENTE NO MISCIBLE CON AGUA, CONTENIENDO DICHO AGENTE DE EXTRACCION ORGANICO, URANIO TETRAVALENTE Y UN MODIFICADOR DE ALCOHOL O FENOL EN UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA RETENER DICHO ACIDO ALQUILPIROFOSFORICO EN SOLUCION EN EL DILUYENTE DURANTE LA SEPARACION.CONSISTE EN AÑADIR UN AGENTE OXIDANTE AL AGENTE DE EXTRACCION ORGANICO PARA OXIDAR EL URANIO TETRAVALENTE Y EN SEPARAR DICHO AGENTE DE EXTRACCIONORGANICO CON UNA SOLUCION DE SEPARACION QUE COMPRENDE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE UN CARBONATO O HIDROXIDO DE METAL ALCALINO O DE AMONIO, PARA SEPARAR EL URANIO DEL AGENTE DE EXTRACCION ORGANICO A LA SOLUCION DE SEPARACION Y PARA SEPARAR DICHO AGENTE DE EXTRACCION ORGANICO DE LA SOLUCION DE SEPARACION QUE CONTIENE EL URANIO SEPARADO.
