PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FABRICAR LADRILLOS COCIDOS REFRACTARIOS PARA BARRIDO CON GAS, PARA LA INTRODUCCION DE GASES O VAPORES EN MASAS METALICAS EN FUSION, A BASE DE UN MATERIAL POROSO DE MAGNESIA. COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE PREPARA UNA MEZCLA FORMADA POR MAGNESIA SINTERIZADA QUE ESTA EXENTA DE PORCIONES FINISIMAS INFERIORES A 0,5 MM, POR UN CARBONATO O HIDRATO DE MAGNESIA O CALCIO COMO SUSTANCIA QUE DESPRENDE GAS Y POR UN AGENTE AGLUTINANTE PROVISIONAL; SEGUNDA, LA MEZCLA FORMADA SE SOMETE A UNA PRESION ADECUADA PARA FORMAR LADRILLOS; Y POR ULTIMO, DICHOS LADRILLOS SE CUECEN A UNA TEMPERATURA POR ENCIMA DE LOS 1.800 GRADOS.
