SE TRANSFIERE CALOR PROCEDENTE DE LOS GASES CALIENTES QUE ABANDONAN EL REACTOR A DICHAS MATERIAS PRIMAS, HASTA ALCANZAR UNA TEMPERATURA DE 400-1.000º, Y SE INTRODUCEN EN LA CAMARA REACTORA, DE FORMA QUE EL FLUIDO INERTE INTRODUCIDO EN DICHA CAMARA PARA PRODUCIR UNA ENVOLTURA ANULAR PROTECTORA ES SUSTANCIALMENTE TRANSPARENTE A LA RADIACION. DICHAS MATERIASPRIMAS SE DIRIGEN EN UNA TRAYECTORIA SUSTANCIALMENTE AXIAL AL TUBO DEL REACTOR, APORTANDOSE ENERGIA RADIANTE DE GRAN INTENSIDAD HACIA EL INTERIOR DE LA CAMARA REACTORA, HASTA ALCANZAR DICHAS MATERIAS UNA TEMPERATURA DE HASTA 2.500JC. A LA SALIDA DEL REACTOR SE ENFRIA EL CLINQUER A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 60-500JC. POSTERIORMENTE SE ENFRIA, SE MEZCLA CON OTROS COMPUESTOS Y SE MUELE LA MEZCLA RESULTANTE.
