Abstract

The pump (10) comprises a support framework (11), an evaporator (14) and a fan (15), the evaporator (14) comprising a serpentine through which flows by a heat-exchanging fluid and protected by a covering (12) equipped with air inlet means. The air inlet means comprise a series of profiled rectilinear slats (13) juxtaposed in order to form a number of vertical shutters, the slats forming between them air flow channels (16) shielded from changes in direction of the wind and of solar radiation, and the layout of which allows a tangential and regular entry of air towards the serpentine (14).
