PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UN COMPUESTO DE POLIPEPTIDICO TIOLADO. SE REALIZA LA TIOLACION DEL FRAGMENTO II<C DE LA TOXINA TETANICA SOBRE EL QUE ESTA FIJADO, DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE, AL MENOS UN GRUPO -SH, REALIZANDOSE DICHA TIOLACION SOBRE LOS GRUPOS -NH DEL FRAGMENTO II<C CON AYUDA DE UN AGENTE DE TIOLACION, TAL COMO EL 4-METIL-MERCAPTOBUTIRIMIDATO, EL 2-IMINOTIOLANO, LA N-ACETILHOMOCISTEINA-TIOLACTONA Y EL ANHIDRIDO S-ACETIL-MERCAPTOSUCCINIMICO. SE OBTIENE UN COMPUESTO QUE CONTIENE UNO O VARIOS GRUPOS Z-SH, SIENDO Z EL RESIDUO DEL AGENTE DE TIOLACION. SE EMPLEA COMO AGENTE DE TRANSPORTE NEUROFARMACOLOGICO PARA CONDUCIR HACIA EL SISTEMA NERVIOSO CENTRAL AGENTES FARMACOLOGICOS O QUIMIOTERAPEUTICOS.
