CONSISTE EN LA INMERSION DEL SUSTRATO EN UN BAÑO QUE CONTIENE IONES NIQUEL Y HIERRO, UN AGENTE SOLUBILIZANTE DEL HIERRO, UN AGENTE TAMPON, UN AGENTE ABRILLANTADOR, ACIDO NECESARIO PARA OBTENER UN PH ENTRE 2,6 Y 4,5 Y UN ADITIVO SOLUBLE EN EL BAÑO DE FORMULA (I), EN LA QUE R ES HIDROGENO O ALQUILO C <- ; X ES HIDROGENO, AMONIO O UN METAL COMPATIBLE; Y M Y N VALEN 0-1 Y 0-4, RESPECTIVAMENTE; Y APLICACION DE UNA CARGA CATODICA A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 35 C Y 75 C HASTA CONSEGUIR QUE EL RECUBRIMIENTO TENGA EL ESPESOR DESEADO.
