CONSISTE EN LA OBTENCION, EN CONTINUO, DE UNA DISOLUCION ANHIDRA DE ACIDO PERPROPIONICO POR REACCION DE ACIDO PROPIONICO CON PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO ACUOSO, EN PRESENCIA DE 0,0005 A 0,002 MOLES DE UN CATALIZADOR DE ACIDO FUERTE POR MOL DE PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO, EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE, QUE FORMA CON EL AGUA UN HETEROAZEOTROPO INFERIOR A 100 C, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 90 C Y 100 C, CON ELIMINACION EN CONTINUO DEL AGUA; SEGUIDA DE LA REACCION DEL ACIDO PERPROPIONICO FORMADO POR UN EXCESO DE PROPILENO, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 40 C Y 80 C, EN FASE LIQUIDA; Y SEPARACION DEL OXIDO DE PROPILENO DEL DISOLVENTE Y EL EXCESO DE REACTIVO.
