Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE COMPUESTOS DE LACTAMA, DE FORMULA GENERAL (I), EN LA QUE X REPRESENTA UN RESTO ALQUILO, EVENTUALMENTE RAMIFICADO, CON UNO A CUATRO ATOMOS DE CARBONO. CONSISTE EN PARTIR DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II), EN LA QUE X TIENE EL SIGNIFICADO YA INDICADO E Y REPRESENTA UN ATOMO DE CLORO, BROMO O YODO, O UN GRUPO AMINO, Y TRANSFORMAR EL RESTO Y, MEDIANTE DIVERSAS REACCIONES QUIMICAS, EN UN GRUPO 2,3-DIHIDRO-1,1-DIOXIDO-3-OXO-1,2-BENCISOTIAZOL-2-ILO. CUANDO Y REPRESENTA UN ATOMO DE YODO, CLORO O BROMO, EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) SE HACE REACCIONAR, EN PRESENCIA DE UN DISOLVENTE, CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (III), EN LA QUE ME SIGNIFICA SODIO O POTASIO. DE APLICACION EN MEDICINA Y VETERINARIA POR SUS EFECTOS CALMANTES DEL SISTEMA NERVIOSO CENTRAL.
