CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS. 1 MOLER CARBON SIN LAVAR A UN TAMAÑO DE PARTICULA INFERIOR A APROXIMADAMENTE 40 MICROMETROS EN ATMOSFERA EXENTA DE AIRE, CON LO QUE SE FORMA UNA FRACCION DE CARBON HIDROFOBA Y OTRA DE CENIZA HIDROFILA. 2 PONER EN CONTACTO DICHAS FRACCIONES CON UN LIQUIDO ACUOSO, CON LO QUE LAS CENIZAS SE HUMEDECEN. 3 SEPARAR LAS CENIZAS DE LAS PARTICULAS DE CARBON, MEZCLANDOLAS CON UN HIDROCARBURO O DERIVADO DEL MISMO, UNDISOLVENTE DONADOR DE HIDROGENO ACEITE O BIEN AGUA CON UN AGENTE TENSOACTIVO O UNA MEZCLA DE AGENTES TENSOACTIVOS. ANTES DE MOLER EL CARBON SE DESAIREA. LAS DIFERENTES ETAPAS TIENEN LUGAR EN FORMA CONTINUA.
