Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION DE UN DIAFRAGMA PERMEABLE PARA UNA CELULA DE ELCTROLISIS. CONSISTE EN FORMAR UN FIELTRO DE UN POLIMERO ORGANICO, PARA LO QUE SE DISPERSAN EN AGUA O EN UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA EL POLIMERO Y UN OXIDO METALICO, TAL COMO UN OXIDO DE ALQUINO DE LOS METALES DEL GRUPO IIA, EN ESTADO DE PARTICULAS CON UN DIAMETRO MEDIO MAXIMO A 0,5 MICRAS; LA SUSPENSION SE HOMOGENEIZA Y SE FILTRA A TRAVES DE UN SOPORTE PERFORADO DEL DIAFRAGMA. SE EMPLEA UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA QUE CONTIENE DE 150 A 200 G. DEL VLORURO DE SODIO Y DE 100 A 150 G. DE HIDROXIDO DE SODIO. EL OXIDO METALICO REPRESENTA ENTRE LE 20 Y EL 60 POR 100 DEL PESO TOTAL DEL DIAFRAGMA.
