EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO SE RECUPERA POR FILTRACION A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 10 C Y 5 C. ESTE COMPUESTO TIENE APLICACIONES COMO INTERMEDIO EN LA SINTESIS DE PEPTIDOS QUE SE EMPLEAN COMO EDULCORANTES.
