Abstract
METODO PARA LA ESTERILIZACIO DE MATERIALES INTRODUCIENDOLOS EN EL INTERIOR DE UNA CAMARA EN LA QUE SON SOMETIDOS A UN TRATAMIENTO ADECUADO EN FASES SUCESIVAS. CONSISTENTE EN INTRODUCIR EN LA CAMARA QUE CONTIENE EL MATERIAL A ESTERILIZAR UNO O MAS GASES, ELEGIDOS ENTRE AQUELLOS QUE ESTAN EN CONDICIONES DE MODIFICAR LOS PROCESOS METABOLICOS DE LAS CELULAS BACTERICAS PRESENTES, TALES COMO ANHIDRIDO CARBONICO, OXIGENO E HIDROGENO, HASTA QUE SE ALCANZA UN VALOR DETERMINADO DE LA PRESION. EN UNA FASE SIGUIENTE SE PRODUCE EL VACIO EN EL INTERIOR DE LA CAMARA, HASTA ALCANZAR UN VALOR DE VACIO COMPRENDIDO EN UN INTERVALO CUYO MINIMO ESTA REPRESENTADO POR EL VACIO MOLECULAR. EN UNA ULTIMA FASE SE LLENA LA CAMARA CON UNO O MAS GASES, ELEGIDOS ENTRE LOS QUE SE HAN DEFINIDO EN PRIMER LUGAR, HASTA ALCANZAR UN VALOR FIJADO DE ANTEMANO DE PRESION TOTAL. LOS DIVERSOS PARAMETROS QUE ENTRAN EN JUEGO EN CADA UNA DE LAS FASES, TALES COMO PRESION, TEMPERATURA Y TIEMPO, PUEDEN SER VARIADOS DENTRO DE UN CAMPO DE VALORES. LA CAMARA DEBE TENER ESTANQUIDAD HERMETICA Y ESTAR DOTADA DE PAREDES RIGIDAS E INDEFORMABLES, PUDIENDOSE OPERAR UNA O VARIAS VECES SEGUN LAS FASES DESCRITAS.
