CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR RIBOSIDO DE 6-CLOROPURINA CON UN OMEGA-AMINOACIDO O ESTER DE FORMULA R1NHR2 EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE DE AGUA O ALCOHOL, R3OH (SIENDO R3 IGUAL O NO A R2), A LA TEMPERATURA DE REFLUJO. SE OBTIENE EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (I). LOS COMPUESTOS OBTENIDOS SON UTILES COMO AGENTES ANTI-HIPERTENSIVOS CUANDO SE ADMINISTRAN POR VIA ORAL O PARENTERAL EN DOSIS DE 1,5 A 100 MG/KG POR DIA A PACIENTES HIPERTENSIVOS, PREFERIBLEMENTE EN DOSIS DIVIDIDAS.
