PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE DERIVADOS DE FENOXI-AMINOPROPANOL Y DE SUS SALES DE ADCION DE ACIDO FISIOLOGICAMENTE COMPATIBLES, DE FORMULA (I), EN LA QUE R ES ALQUILO INFERIOR; X ES OXIGENO O AZUFRE; N VALE 3 A 1; Y ES METILENO, ETILENO O PROPILENO, O CUANDO N VALE 3 PUEDER SER EL READICAL -CH = CH - CH2-TRANS, Y Z, ES UN ANILLO HETEROCICLICO AROMATICO PENTAGONAL CON ATOMO DE NITROGENO QUE PUEDE ESTAR SUSTITUIDO. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE UN EPOXIDO DE FORMULA (II) CON UNA AMINA DE FORMULA RNH2, EN LAS QUE TODOS LOS SIMBOLOS TIENEN EL MISMO SIGNIFICADO QUE EN LA FORMULA (I). LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN AUSENCIA O PRESENCIA DE UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE Y DE UN EXCESO DE AMINA, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 0º C Y EL AMBIENTE, Y A LA PRESION ATMOSFERICA.
